I adore weddings!

Heading out to Bedford for this incredibly beautiful wedding was such a privilege!

Starting out in Lynchburg with getting her hair done:

Once all done up, we drove to the Bedford Columns which is easily one of the prettiest venues I’ve yet to go to!

With beautiful columns and gold foil work on the gazebo, it was a beautiful place for photos.

 

Getting to do photos with the group: man these guys were incredibly silly and laughed a lot (Shout out to my second shooter, John Carter, for getting this shot!)

The ceremony was beautiful, with both the bride and groom being emotional. Check out his face when she walked out of the building!

During the ceremony, the parents prayed, beautiful vows were exchanged with rings, and they were OFFICIALLY MARRIED. 🙂

  

Talk about beauty, this couple is ridiculously perfect.  They were both gorgeous, adorable, and so in love. Thank you for letting me be a part of your day!

Apparently they have a tradition in the family to cut the cake with this SWORD. That’s right. That was pretty much the thing that sealed the deal on this being a fairy tale.

The guests were all given ribbons to wave them out of the reception!

and off into the sunset they rode, the perfect fairy tale.

Pringles – Engaged

Back in July I had the PRIVILEGE of shooting an engagement shoot for Ian and Deborah, two beautiful, Godly people madly in love. Deborah works at a stable in Moneta, Virginia near Smith Mountain Lake and so we got up bright and early for the sunrise, wrangled some horses, and went for a ride. There was a crazy amount of acreage so the only way to get around was to saddle up a horse and ride.

If anyone who reads this knows me you KNOW I’m obsessed with horses and have been for a very long time.

This is the first time I’ve gotten to ride a horse.

Let me tell you, years of reading books about how to ride a horse paid off….very little. However, this was the greatest opportunity and I’m SO STOKED to be sharing these pictures with you.

Ross Wedding. This was such a privilege to be a part of! This was an incredibly God-honoring wedding full of beautiful, fun people! Grateful for the trip to Twinsburg, Ohio to make this happen 🙂

Christie Osterhus and I have been friends for a very long time now. She did my hair; I took her pictures. What a stunner! These were taken all around Downtown Lynchburg…in a ton of snow.

My RA and friend Liz Shoemaker graduated from Liberty this spring! She’s a great woman of God and an incredible musician. These were also taken at Old City Cemetery.

This girl is my roommate! Aidan–can’t wait to officially have us move in together in Lynchburg! These were taken at the pond behind the Jerry Falwell Library on Liberty University’s campus!

Back around Christmas time I did a photoshoot of an old friend from high school and her family! The Haney children wanted to surprise their parents…and we had a blast making it happen! These were taken at the Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, VA.

These were just a few headshots this guy and I grabbed randomly one evening…and this is actually one of my favorite shoots! These are pictures of Casey Jordan around downtown Lynchburg.
